Quaker Oats (whole grain, quick 1 minute) have 150 calories, 3g fat, 27g carbs (including 4g fiber), 1g sugar and ONLY 5g PROTEIN. I don't know if you are trying to lose weight, lose fat, or what, but you need to consider getting a breakfast with more protein to get you off to a great start, rev-up your metabolism, sustain energy until lunch, and feed your brain and muscles!
